This office was built under the elevated Shinkansen railway near Nagoya Station. Although the area under the viaduct occupies a large area in the city, it is subject to spatial and structural constraints due to pillars and beams, vibration, noise, and other issues, which had to be overcome to maximize the use of the space. in order to achieve a highly flexible structure with a rhythm different from that of the elevated structure, a new construction material combining wood laminates and carbon fiber was used to minimize the beam capacity and enable a long span structure with a large jump-out. This allows for a configuration in which the different levels of segmented floors are deployed in a variety of ways within the elevated frame.

Site Area : 1392m2
