Cooperative Equilibre - Eco-district Les Vergers

This 3-buildings housing project is a mixed timber and concrete structure which meets the requirements of the Minergie A-ECO label. The innovative joining of wood and concrete between the columns and prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations exploits the intrinsic properties of the two materials at best to optimize the whole structural capacity.
