Davis Brody Bond designed the Planta Milenio (MAPS) facility for Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Central Mexico. The one million square foot manufacturing facility for P&G’s Blades and Razors business is significant to P&G globally as it supports major improvements in business efficiency, as well as sustainability and energy efficiency. The facility is used for consumer good products including production, packaging, warehousing and plant office with high utility demand and internal cranes for product movement. The integration of a flexible infrastructure, both structural and building systems, allows the facility to easily adjust to newer technologies as they continue to develop.

In collaboration with Arup.
