As part organizational measures, Daimler-Benz AG relocated parts of the Daimler Innovation Hub from its Sindelfingen works. The facility, approx. 32,000m² in size, has found a new home on Herrenberger Strasse in Böblingen. Within the space of only a few months the existing structure was completely gutted, refurbished, and fitted out for the various departments in line with the user’s specifications. Efficiency, adherence to budget and deadlines in the implementation of the user’s high expectations (with regard to the design as well), were the main objective of the project.
