Conversion with lake view

For the conversion of a private flat in Kilchberg, we had the pleasure of transforming the charm of the existing residential complex together with the architectural office PenzisBettini. It was important for the client to preserve the design elements and the character of the building, but to equip it with modern materials and state-of-the-art technology. The interplay of colour compositions, materials, surface textures and, of course, light is essential. Both in its natural form and in the supplementation with artificial light that is matched to the requirements of use.

The client's personal design pieces were integrated into the overall design and the artificial lighting was reduced to a minimum.
