INGENI

The Alto building, which is part of the "L’Esplanade de Pont-Rouge" complex, is sixteen storeys high. It is intended for a mixed use and accommodates retail, activities and office areas. Its facades, which are characterized by an orthogonal grid, fit the architectural style of the new neighborhood. Nevertheless, thanks to its morphology and its multiple and varied orientations, the building stands out and adopts a marked identity. The modular and versatile inner spaces offer a wide variety of layout design possibilities. A central triple-height atrium brings daylight to the core of the building and provides a striking character to it.
