Extension and new office building for Baden-Württemberg Guarantee Bank.

The Baden-Württemberg Guarantee Bank is located in the centre of Stuttgart and is formed by an ensemble of three individual buildings next to each other. In the course of the extension, the existing building on the left was replaced by a new office building with underground parking. With its clear and reduced design, the new building fits perfectly into the urban environment. The new building is used exclusively as an office building and includes additional office space and a cafeteria. On the fourth floor there is a meeting room with a terrace in front and an attractive view of the city. A one-storey building block with a transparent design on both sides serves as the entrance area and connects the new and existing buildings.
