Poly Real Estate Headquarters

Poly International Plaza is an innovative office and trade center development in Guangzhou, China, an industrial city along the Pearl River. Sited in a new commercial district, the area includes a recently constructed convention center and the Shangri-La Hotel. The Plaza consists of two office towers, each coupled with a low-rise podium that accommodates exhibition and retail uses and below-grade spaces that include an exhibition hall and trade center.
