The project was conceived as an opportunity to rethink the city's new strategic extension that connects the maritime existing district but mainly the new city district that built based on the concept of urban dimensional. The current port area facilities obsolete, giving way to a new city and a new productive residential net projected from a new layers project of a symbiotic overlay.
