Tradition and craftsmanship meet modernity – the facade design is both confident and understated, using traditional glazed clinker bricks in the spirit of brick expressionism. The building forms a distinct base with green and black glazed bricks, creating a durable, sculptural surface. The upper floors contrast with rough water-struck bricks, laid plastically in the Hamburg tradition. One part of the façade becomes more dynamic towards the top, with bricks protruding up to 6 cm, while the other features fluted elements forming triple-curved surfaces toward Lohsepark. Despite their solidity, the different masonry techniques lend the clinker an almost textile-like lightness.
