The building houses the offices of the Social Security Administration, as well as the Centro de Atención e Información (C.A.I.S.S.S.) and the Unidad de Recaudación Ejecutiva (U.R.E.). A very flexible building has been constructed to allow for the changes that this type of organization undergoes throughout the life of an administrative building.
It is a very transparent building with a freestanding image, with the character of an institutional representation and adapted to the scale required by the environment. Flexible, with an enclosure of glazed facades equipped with sunscreens as "brisoleil", located at the end of the perimeter flight, which generates a maintenance corridor, along all glazed facades and in each of the plants, and that provide a very appropriate image to the maritime area of Malaga.
