This house was completed as Phase II construction on the same site as KKW, which was completed in 2016.

The garden surrounded by large zelkova and camphor trees on the site and the two houses is the centerpiece of the project, loosely connecting the two houses.
The architecture was designed to be a modest backdrop to the garden.
