Casa 1 was born from the encounter between the rigor of geometry and the sweetness of Mediterranean light.
A suspended, pure volume, in dialogue with the water and the landscape, where every element is measured against the calm of time.
The smooth and silent concrete becomes a reflective surface for the sea light.
The large openings don't seek the view: they let it in, they make it inhabit.
The bare and bright interiors capture the breath of the place, transforming the void into a sensitive space.
Every passage, every threshold, is a moment of pause, an invitation to contemplation.
In House 1, building means subtracting, letting the material tell the story of the quiet.
