This new residential building is located in Barco Street, in the center of Madrid. It has 16 apartments in studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom configurations spread over 6 floors. The units open to the street with large floor-to-ceiling windows or, in the case of the penthouses, with large terraces.
The apartments open both to the street and to a landscaped courtyard, incorporating a system of aluminum sliding shutters that provide privacy and light control.
The common areas have been carefully designed to provide the building with an interior courtyard garden, which connects to a large porch that provides access to the property.
It has 2 basement levels for communal garage, storage and utility spaces.
The building has been designed with a centralized aerothermal production, direct expansion and ventilation system.
