PINEARQ

The university hospital is located in an urban consolidation part of Bari at a strategic point for mobility in the region of Apulia. This project is a surgical building, renovating the installations at the northwest end of the hospital and opening a new route for entry to the whole complex.

The base of the building is for the public areas and outpatients department and the two parallel blocks house the hospital inpatient wards. Innovation is present in the cutting edge technology and the definition of flexible spaces, traditional construction techniques and the use of local materials.
